I am a dedicated creative lead and manager with over 20 years’ experience in the design industry. Passionate about creative and original solutions combined with a level headed and rational attitude, I pride myself on the high levels of service and the support I provide to both clients and peers. With a hands-on approach to the entire creative process I ensure projects are curated with the utmost attention from inception to final delivery.Over the past 11 years I have gained significant experience managing a design studio. With a pro-active attitude I regularly manage small to medium sized teams of creatives (both internal and external), liase with suppliers, pitch for business and manage a number of large key accounts. I also manage the entire company for approximately 2 months per year when the company directors are on annual leave. I am a strong communicator, provide accurate advice, guidance, support and training to team members and peers. I lead by example, consistently hit targets, improve best practice and organise time efficiently.I am highly creative and multi-skilled with extensive experience in multimedia, brand strategy and digital & print design for large multi-national and boutique clients alike. Thriving in deadline-driven environments, I collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to complete tasks to budget and on time. Over the course of my career I have gained significant experience across diverse sectors including Automotive, Education, Financial, Retail and Hospitality and welcome the opportunity to engage my abilities in new environments.
