Over 18 years of work experience in the automotive, soccer coaching and social services sectors. I leverage my skills in process improvement, team building, and vehicles to design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement and compliance programs that align with the company's vision, mission, and values. I also have a Master of Education degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Michigan State University, where I obtained certifications in Serious Gaming and Online Teaching. These credentials enable me to apply innovative and effective learning and development strategies to enhance the performance and satisfaction of our employees. I developed and delivered training programs for staff and volunteers on topics such as child welfare, trauma-informed care, and diversity and inclusion. I have coached Soccer at several levels for 10 years and as the director of a non-profit soccer club oversee the day yo day operations. Collaborating with board members, city officials and staff to effectively run a club of nearly 1,000 athletes.
