It involved working with the hosts and talent on the show, some videography and video editing, photography and image retouching, and working in a TV production environment on-set.

I worked as a freelance photographer and videographer for a number of clients on assignments including portraiture, current affairs, product photography, weddings and commercial images.

This role involved creating and curating content for both Stuff.co.nz and The Dominion Post news websites. I contributed a number of original stories and content pieces and assisted with website development, and social media moderation. I also wrote a technology blog on Stuff called Connector for a number of years, which was often among the most-visited on the site.

I took on this role while studying journalism full-time. It involved remotely creating daily news image slideshows for banks and airport lounges in Australia and New Zealand. The images were sourced from agencies like Getty and Reuters. It involved image editing and content management systems, and required a degree of curation and research.
