Luke is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a partner in the Guildford office of Evelyn Partners.He provides advice on a wide variety of private client tax matters to large complex multi-generational family groups and individual family members, including their significant family trusts and business interests.Luke acts for family charities and provides trusteeship services via Evelyn Partners Trust Corporation to family trusts. He assists with the purchase and sale of business and family estates and advises on tax in divorce settlement situations. He advises high net worth individuals and serial entrepreneurs on reinvesting their family business wealth into tax efficient structures such as the Enterprise Investment Scheme.Luke regularly speaks on private client tax and Budget issues with audiences including local radio and the Country Landowners Association.
