Guaranty Broadcasting run four radio stations serving Baton Rouge and Southeast Louisiana. I am responsible for the development of both content and revenue opportunities for our 4 websites.

• Reporting to the Managing director, I am responsible for managing a team of 15 people and achieving our budget. My duties include:
• Recruitment, development, training and managing a sales team of 15
• Managing my own portfolio of accounts
• Budgeting
• Forecasting to the managing director

• Reporting to the managing partner, I was responsible for all planning and buying for the agency. Our clients were from the automotive industry and we had a white label service for other agencies.Within the automotive.
• Receiving client briefs.
• Matching client objectives and demographics against the profiles of the UK radio map.
• Identifying the stations, planning the spot lay down and negotiating with either the stations directly or their sale houses.
• Buying the campaigns at best price and policing the schedules on a daily basis to ensure campaign delivery.
• Once campaign has been delivered, we would meet with the client a deliver the post campaign analysis

• During of this period I worked on the launch of radio station Wave 105 where I was a Sales Manager. This provided invaluable experience in terms of seeing a company built from the ground up. We arrived in the summer of.
• Sourcing new prospects who would benefit from radio advertising
• Meeting new prospects, eulogizing about radio and taking briefs
• Liaising with radio creatives, producing a demo and presenting to clients along with an airtime plan.
• Leading weekly sales meetings
• Holding 1-2-1 meetings with the execs and presenting weekly forecasts to the Managing Director
