In this role, I led the insights and reporting department across People & Culture and Client Service & Support. We managed our market-leading employee and customer listening (voice) programs; built tools and dashboards to surface insights on calls, chats, complaints (IDR & EDR), deceased estates, and customer sentiment; produced high quality internal (Board & C-suite) and external regulatory (APRA & ASIC) reporting; and regularly completed deep dive analyses to recommend opportunities for business growth and efficiencies. We worked closely with product, data, and engineering teams across the retail bank to use our insights to drive meaningful positive change for our employees and customers.

In this role, I ran our Voice of Employee and Voice of Customer programs for Macquarie Bank, and led a team to listen, learn and act on employee and customer feedback, developing commercial, evidence-based strategies to drive exceptional employee and customer experiences.

In this role I designed and built the Macquarie Bank Voice of Employee program, implementing and project managing new pulse, lifecycle, and “always on” surveys, creating interactive dashboards to synthesise experience and operational EX data, establishing strategy, governance and process frameworks, embedding high quality inner and outer feedback loops, surfacing actionable insights to senior leadership teams, leading strategic EX data and analytics projects, and supporting and coaching leaders and managers to listen, learn and act on feedback.I also led several projects to journey map different aspects of the employee lifecycle, leveraging HCD and agile to streamline, simplify and transform the EX at key moments that matter, including our remote onboarding experience in response to COVID-19.

In this role, I partnered with HR Business Partners to project manage our cyclical talent activities, including strategy and objective setting, calibrations, talent reviews (9 boxing), appraisals and regular performance, development and career conversations. This included preparing papers on our talent pipeline for the leadership and board presentations.Alongside the cyclical activities, I led a project to ‘reimagine performance’ using a range of HCD techniques, including empathy interviews and workshops. This led to a series of evidence-based process enhancements and the implementation of a new technology platform. This role also involved designing and delivering our two talent programs, focused on sponsorship and mentoring for top talent. In addition to program management, I designed and ran workshops to uplift coaching capability and introduced a new 180-degree measurement framework for leadership development.

In this role, I acted as a trusted adviser on HR matters for our Wealth and Client Experience client portfolios within Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS).Key responsibilities included:• Partnering with senior leadership teams on people projects and initiatives. This included an org redesign project in our Wealth business, where I acted as the primary adviser, designed change management training, and created new job descriptions and objectives to align with the new strategic direction• Partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver HR and talent cyclical activities including annual remuneration reviews, talent calibrations, engagement surveys and objective setting• Working with Employee Relations to investigate and manage ER cases, including performance management, misconduct, and conflict resolution • Holding exit interviews with leavers, using aggregated data and insights to improve retention of top talent• Proposing and implementing changes to HR policies and processes to reduce failure demand and achieve operational excellence

Selected for the Macquarie Graduate Program. Completed four rotations in Marketing, Reward Governance, Recruitment and HR Client Partnering. In Marketing, my work was focused on attracting and engaging external talent through strategic marketing, branding and recruitment campaigns using integrated channels including traditional, digital and social media. In Reward, I contributed to Board Papers including the 2018 MGL and MBL Remuneration Report, requiring thorough and detailed analysis of reward data and serving as the primary relationship manager for our auditorIn Recruitment, I managed high volume recruitment of graduates into Risk and Asset Management, as well as organising and attending campus events and presentations.

Played key role in large ARC funded research project with academic researchers at UNSW (School ofManagement) and Usyd (School of Psychology). Myresponsibilities included liaising with market research companies, writing literature reviews, organizing institutional ethics applications, and screening, coding and analysing large multi-level datasets.In this role I published 5 academic papers (4 as first author) in journals and textbooks on the assessment and predictive validity of personality and emotional intelligence in the workplace, as well as presenting this research at two international psychology conferences

In this role, I conducted semi-structured interviews and administered psychometric assessments to gain insight into client abilities, personality characteristics, work preferences and work motivators, and then delivered debrief sessions and feedback reports to help clients make informed career decisions Received 100% satisfaction rating from all of my clients and highest possible placement rating.

Scoped, designed and delivered several data-driven talent solutions to large public and private sector clients, including interview guides, competency frameworks (tailored to organisational strategy and performance metrics), talent audits, validation studies, and team profile analyses.

In this role, I was instrumental in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 2015 Global Staff Survey results. I also conducted team profile analyses on various groups to foster team development and contributed to the realignment of abstract reasoning norms/benchmarks

In this role I worked on 3 month project consulting to the NSW Government to develop leaders at TAFE NSW. This included writing and debriefing over 20 development reports to leaders. These reports were informed by psychometric assessment and performance/behaviours on development centre activities.

Provided weekly academic support for HSC students in all levels of Mathematics. This included designing,administering and marking exams and assignments. 40% (53) of the students I tutored received a band 6 in HSC Mathematics
