- As Brand Manager, I lead the marketing team in all areas of production including marketing, campaign generation and content creation for both digital and print platforms. - Succsefully managed junior designers to succesfully meet dead lines, achieve weekly KPI’s and ultimatelky increase application and recruitment numbers annualy. Headed the 2018 FEDISA rebrand, which included a complete overhaul of the brand, from logo redesign to website creation.- Created, deloped and succesfully activated digital marketing campaigns and stratergies which included the creation of all content required for marketing activation.- Created, developed and succesfully activated recruitment innitiatives to drive sales culminating in a steady increase in students from 2017 - now.- Collated and managed the marketing database as well as designed and actiavted multiple email newsletters and campaigns to drive sales and promotions.- Lead all Social Media platforms including the development of content, campaign activations, general Social Media management and more.- Conseptualised, filmed and edited all videos created for marketing and campiagn purposes as well as created, ran and oversaw all content generated for the promotion of these videos/campaigns.
