My skill set is centered around people. I very much enjoy working with, supporting, motivating and sharing success with the people I work with. I’m a good communicator and try to be a better listener. Understanding the professional challenges around me, be it personal, those of a fellow colleague or the wider ones of the business has been a key aspect of helping me achieve my goals. A ten year career in the premium motor industry is what ignited my passion for sales and even today, I still think there is as little as exciting as really understanding a customer, their needs and then working with them to find and deliver the perfect product or service. A ten year career in retail management is what developed me further to understanding the running of a business and how to get the best out of a team. From nurturing a new member of staff to helping an established employee reach for new heights, I found this time period to be incredibly rewarding. After taking some time to travel South America, I’m now looking for a new challenge and one that importantly allows me to fully utilise my skillset and continue to discover new countries and cultures.
