• In-depth investigation and assessment of pollution incidents or repeat issues of inadequate hydraulic capacity leading to flooding or restricted use. Summarising findings in internal reports to facilitate improvement in the network.• Individually ran the day to day management of the Wessex Water Short Term Flow Survey Contract - handling survey requests from multiple areas across the business, each with project specific requirements. Liaising and managing multiple contractors working on assets, tracking progress, dealing with any queries or issues where needed, managing payments and evaluation of the data returned. • Primary liaison lead on everyday activities of the wastewater monitoring programme for the surveillance of Covid-19 within the Wessex Water region. Working in partnership with Department of Health and Social Care, Joint Biosecurity Centre, NHS Track & Trace and the Environment Agency (EA) to establish sampling within Bristol city and across the region to track the prevalence of Covid-19.• Lead Design Engineer on a First Time Sewerage Scheme; completing the initial viability study, progressing through to outline design to provide public sewerage service to 12 properties currently on a private system.• Project related site visits and infiltration walkovers within catchments across the region.• Infiltration Reductions Reports detailing work and studies undertaken in infiltration prone catchments to provide to the EA on a yearly basis.• Requesting and reviewing CCTV, manhole, SPS or impermeable area surveys to inspect condition, operational performance and serviceability of assets. • Assisting with training and development of placement students.

• Assess wastewater systems by analysing and interpreting flow and rainfall data alongside the response to WaPUG classified storm events. Identifying interactions between sites and ancillaries within the sewer network. Detailing findings, issues and data quality in weekly reports to clients. • Project management of flow surveys throughout the entire process.• Management and processing of raw data into the desired format for presentation and inclusion in the report for multiple surveys across the United Kingdom to both Hydraulic Modellers and the final clients.• Site crew management and quality control – ensuring the site crew install the equipment proficiently and in the correct location to guarantee accurate data of the required flow. Alerting the crews of faulty monitors and issues that will affect data (such as sediment) requiring maintenance or clearance.• Assisting in the development and trialling of FlowBot - a flow and rainfall data analysis tool to be used by Hydraulic Modellers and Analysts during flow surveys.
