As Creative Manager to one of the UK’s largest provider of music concerts to sporting venues, I have a broad range of responsibility ranging from planning, marketing and delivering large and complex events to the creation and maintenance of the company brand image and the design of client marketing material across a range of media including print, web, video (production and editing) and POS & packaging.The role is demanding, requiring excellent time and man management skills in a high-pressure environment where flexibility and determination are essential.

In this position I lead a team of designers in the creation of web, print and interactive projects. My time has been spent rewardingly - meeting clients, assessing requirements, planning, and management of the design team to meet specific targets. This job requires good communication skills, sound awareness of customer requirements and personal commitment.

Winning the 2003 Royal Television Society Award for ‘Best Short Film- London Region’ triggered my progression into the production of regionally funded short films under the schemes provided by the UK Film Council & The European Arts Fund.As a pro-active producer of independent film for over four years, my skill base broadened substantially within this field. During this period I produced over 15 short films of varying genre, many of which have been screened at multiple venues including the Edinburgh Film Festival. It was in 2005 that I began my first funded feature film, giving me exposure to the film industry and further raising my skill profile.
