Luke Wolf is Senior Counsel in the Detroit office of Gordon & Rees. Mr. Wolf’s practice focuses on the areas of complex commercial & business litigation, real estate litigation, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loan workouts, and products liability. Having previously worked in the financial services industry, Mr. Wolf now represents residential loan services and CMBS clients in litigation matters throughout the country. His broad background includes assisting financial institutions and real estate related entities in complicated foreclosure matters and lien priority disputes as well as defending financial institutions in a variety of state and federal consumer protections matters. Mr. Wolf also has experience in commercial real estate transactions, business and finance transactions, loan workouts, and leasing disputes.Mr. Wolf also represents large financial institutions, asset managers, mortgage servicers, title insurance underwriters, large corporations, real estate related entities and franchisors in the healthcare industry in all aspects of litigation throughout the country, both in state and federal courts. He also works with technology start-ups and other commercial clients in all aspects of commercial practice and litigation, including the negotiation and drafting of production agreements, vendor agreements, and public-private partnerships for proof of concept service installations. While in law school, Mr. Wolf served as a senior clinic intern, working exclusively with entrepreneurs to identify business and legal needs to promote and support growth and sustainability in the Metro Detroit business environment.
