Luke is responsible for the development of residential building lots through all aspects and phases of development, including but not limited to designing, budgeting, permitting, scheduling and coordinating on-site development, vendor management as well as garnering necessary municipal permits and approvals. Luke also partners with the Land Acquisition team in building accurate development budgets for new land deals to be acquired and assists them in gaining municipal approvals, identifying easements and overcoming obstacles to securing new land deals while traveling the Las Vegas Valley to inspect progress, problem-solve and validate work and communicating with vendor partners to provide both performance feedback and recognition. Further, one of his essential responsibilities is communicating with teammates and executive leadership with status updates on development activity/progress. Moreover, he secures final tract/plat acceptance by governing municipalities and agencies and ensures that all work follows City, County, and Special Districts guidelines and codes while also supporting and participating in the safety program per OSHA and the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (I2P2) guidelines.
Land Development Project Manager
Luke supports the VP of Land Development and collaborates with fellow Woodside colleagues, trade partners, and municipalities in all Land Development functions for the NV Division to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities while managing governmental compliance and completion.
