Student Radio Presenter & Radio ProducerDuring April 2012 and May 2013, I Hosted And produced two Radio shows Along with a few friends.The college Where I studied would have a commercial Radio Airway License for a month every year which could be listened to Via FM, AM, Dab and online. This Gave a whole bunch of students a chance to try producing and hosting there very own radio show which was widely listened to within a 5-15 mile radius of Farnborough.For April 2012, the first show I produced and was the main host for was the 'Gadget & Game Update'. As this was a hobby of mine, I would update our listeners on what is happening within the gaming and technology world. This involved a lot of preparation and content writing, alongside research to see what the current trends and announcements were.My second show was launched in May of 2013 and was titled "Luke Webster's small talk" with two 1hr slots each week on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Not only was I the main host but I co-produced this with a fellow student. The programme was meant to be light, have humour and be a bit of fun, inspiration came from Ricky Gervais's podcast. a lot of preparation went into the show from content writing, idea generation to the occasional prop.
