As the Lead Graphic Designer at boxchilli I run the day to day of all design based projects and direct and guide the other designers. I was the Lead Graphic Designer at Marketing Kitchen, which provided creative marketing solutions for businesses across the UK. As the lead designer I would provide designs to clients for all marketing needs whilst leading other designers in the group by setting tasks and guiding their work. I worked directly with clients to not only help create the designs that they wanted but I also used my expertise to produce the designs that they needed to help promote their companies in their industries.

I was the lead Graphic Designer at Serocor Solutions, which provided services within the Serocor Group of companies (ARM, Serocor Solutions, Bloc, Hawker Chase, Optamor) consisting of: Marketing, Legal, Finance, Business Systems and Human Resources expertise.My main job responsibilities consisted of design and artwork for Serocor and the 4 affiliated companies (ARM, Serocor Solutions, Bloc, Hawker Chase, Optamor) and I was the sole Graphic Designer in the company. Being integrated with the Marketing team my role was not only limited to design but also that of other areas of marketing, such as social media, promotion idea generation and digital promotions such as newsletters.

I was the sole Graphic Designer for Dexam International LTD, a supplier focused on Kitchenware products for the retail industry. In this role I led the company’s Graphic design efforts, working with four marketing professionals. One of our most exciting pieces work was creating new packaging for a range of cookware that needed to be updated and rebranded. Not only did we have fun creating that campaign, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.Because of my work with Dexam International LTD, I was lucky enough to work with amazing clients such as John lewis, Dunelm, TKMaxx, and Lakeland. As the sole Graphic designer for Dexam International LTD, my roles included but were not limited to: • Packaging design and creation• Brand development• P.O.S creation• Brochure/Catalogue design• Logo design• Designing sales sheets and promotional literature• Other design work neededBeing heavily involved with the marketing department my role was not limited to design work. I also liaised with suppliers and printers and helped organise tradeshows. I was also heavily involved with marketing campaigns and product selection.
