I'm a Forecasting Analyst at StepChange Debt Charity, where I provide data-driven insights and analytics for call and backoffice workstreams. I have over four years of experience in data analysis and resource planning within contact centres, financial and charity environments.I'm passionate about finding innovative and smarter ways to optimize resources and deliver great client outcomes. I work closely with senior management and finance to monitor trends, analyse variances, and reforecast as needed. I'm also involved in a project to innovate our reporting; learning PowerBI along the way. Additionally, I have a background in linguistics, having studied Hispanic and Latin American languages and literatures at the University of Sheffield, and being fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
