Utilized Fusion360 & additive manufacturing to scale designs from proof of concept to research use to test limit of humans heat tolerance at different temperature gradients and developed static simulations to verify structural validity. Modeled waterproof case for raspberry-pi and custom PCB configuration to support ice cooling withstanding temperatures of 85°C. Wrote novel python program to cache 768 points of infrared temperature data per second for analysis for future implementation

Developed 3D Printed Jig Mount for precise tolerance drilling/cutting for manufacturing of custom tubes for Vertical Demo system.

Managed the manufacturing, machining, and assembly process of an industry-sized robot overseeing a sub team of 9 members using various power tools. Trained 4 new members on 10+ power tools, shop safety, manufacturing techniques, and more. Utilized CAM software for the first time in the team's history to perform advanced machining techniques using CNC tools, using the finalized parts to build a reliable and mechanically sound robot. Competed in two regional competitions as well as the 2024 FIRST World Championships, placing as 3rd alliance at the San Francisco Regional and as Regional Finalists at the Central Valley Regional.

Worked with 9 other members to manufacture/machine and assemble FRC 840's 2023 Competition Robot.

Worked with other programmers on the 2021-2022 codebases for FRC 840. Worked on motor testing during off-season and wrote various competition subsystems.

Generated upwards of $6,000 in revenue through raising awareness of company its services. Designed Pressure Pals, a teen-founded business created with several friends, entire website and all of the companies advertisements and branding ranging from custom logos to infographics.

Taught various sports and basic skills to a group of 15+ campers.
