I build tools, processes and relationships around managing technical debt and measuring the health of software systems in our infrastructure and products. It's a little teaching, a little cheerleading, a lot of measuring and showing the truth of what the current state of a system is versus where we would like it to be. It's mostly smiles and figuring out how to improve things in software over time.
