Assist in managing 7 different business in Bangor and surrounding areas; The Belle Vue, Tafarn Y Garth, The Pavilion, two holiday lets and one student property and event catering.

Summer long placement in industry working on various sites; Sea Defenses, Resurfacing, Active travel, Drainage & working on various NEC4 Contracts; Option A, B & E. Responsibilities:- Assist in on site measures of Sub-Contractor works to approve invoices. - Complete Take-Off's of architectural drawings and from there co-ordinate procurement schedules and send out to companies for quotes to compare prices. - Complete administrative duties such as answer emails and phone calls to discuss product quality, query deliveries etc.- Personally responsible for meeting with Site Foreman to discuss the day's activities & fuel usage to maintain organised and detailed records for invoicing the client on the NEC4 Option E contract.- Assisted in the monthly CVR reports for 3 different projects.
