Developed C# modules and SQL Stored Procedures for a Policy Administration System.Developed UI and calculations for Illustrations in many insurance products using VB.net and XML.Developed SOAP and RESTful web services in C#.Provided technical leadership by authoring best practices documents and mentoring junior developers.

Developed code for the iGO e-App - a web based, intelligent, fillable forms wizard for the life insurance industry - using VB.net, XML, XSLT, Microsoft SQL Server.

Developed C and C# code for a proprietary partitioning / virtualization solution using MS Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 in an Agile team environment. Diagnosing and solving bugs of varying complexity. Led a team as a scrum master.Implemented a Common Information Model (CIM) based management system in C for a partitioning / virtualization solution, included leadership of a team of engineers in India. Traveled to Bangalore, India in October 2008 to help train the team. Built a development and test bed using SLES 10, enabling the UI team to write their code much sooner. Integrated various open source applications into the project's proprietary OS.Contributed intellectual property to the CIM work group and the main tree of the Xen open source project (now Citrix). Evaluated open source options and then developed a Xen-CIM test suite using a combination of existing tests and bash scripts. Implemented and helped design a free service which allowed open source project users remote access to a Unisys ES-7000/540 enterprise server. The environment included VMWare virtual systems as well as SuSE and Redhat partitions. Developed mysql and php code for the client facing website.Developed performance improving recommendations for the Message Passing Interface, a premier open source High Performance Computing library on the ES-7000 enterprise servers. Ran benchmarks on various flavors of Linux.Implemented and tested non-volatile memory and SMBus procedures in a proprietary embedded operating system using C.Installed and debugged software and hardware for ES-7000 servers during Product Integration Testing. Executed various tests and contributed to the test plan. Analyzed several types of dumps to help debug software and hardware issues.Implemented and tested an MMC Snap-in for a Storage Area Network Solution using Visual Basic.Developed tests in C for a driver of the Shared Memory project of the ES-7000.
