I am a trainer, facilitator, coach, consultant and advisor. I am keenly interested in helping people and organizations improve and perform at peak potential.I work to develop organizations and the talent within those organizations simultaneously. I achieve this using a systematic approach and by including the client in the solution formulation and creating execution teams lead by the client to achieve both business results and people development.I have extensive experience in talent and organizational development consulting for multinational organizations operating in the US and Asia. I specialize in organization and leadership development, particularly identifying (strategic planning), assessing (organization and individual assessments) and developing (facilitating, training, coaching, action learning & workshops) organizations. I have facilitated organization development with simultaneous leadership team development programs. I have also been a part of design and implementation teams facilitating cultural change. I believe that partnering with the client on the individual level is vital to the success of any initiative. I am currently working with high net worth individuals in transition, family firm consulting and leadership development.In the area of coaching, I primarily work with executives one-on-one, but also coaches groups and/or teams. The coaching model I adhere to enables people to break through and achieve the goals that are most important to them and the organization they work in. Using a well laid out plan, I am able to help leaders identify their areas for improvement and create plans for change.I have been traveling to and working in China since 1983 and lived in China continuously between 1995 and 2019. I founded, lead and managed several Organization Development & Management Consulting companies since 1995.
