The project was demonstrated live on the streets of Dubai to local officials in October 2019.2) Working with the Big Data & Machine Learning team, explored techniques to increase compression ratio on signals produced by car sensors. Multiple lossless & lossy data compression techniques (run-length, Deflate, Discrete Cosine Transform) were used in training to achieve much higher compression ratio than solely using Deflate.
