Lead software development team consists of internal and contracted staff focusing on delivering enterprise applications in MCC.Perform requirement analysis, producing technical documents and translating business requirement to technical requirement as well as responsible for the administration, enhancement and support of MCC membership system base on Microsoft CRM Dynamics. Responsible for the architecture of the MCC enterprise integration layer bridging communication between multiple applications both internal and external such as Ticketing system, Web Sites, Payment Gateway, Financial System, Building management, Gate Access control and banking.

Responsible for MCC integration solution. Primarily focus on MCC most critical system, its membership system which hosts more than 100 thousands member and more than 200 thousands waiting list. Maintain and improve the integration with third party solutions (Ticketek, Web Site, Payment Systems – Web Payment, BPay, Direct Debit) and MCC Internal system (Intranet with WebSphere Portal and Sun Financial). Liaise with the business to define and improve business process and working with Project Manager in defining project plans, scope analysis, milestones, resource requirement and deliverables.Achievements:- Successfully migrating and enhancing integration component from propriety MCC membership system to Microsoft CRM Dynamics 2011.- Successfully production cut over with minimal incident for Membership integration with third party System. (Ticketek, Payment solution, Exact Target, Sun Financial, MCC Web Site)- Overseeing the successful and minimal impact of integrating with MCC Internal systems.

Responsible for Store System Software ranges from Intranet (WebSphere Portal), and PDA application (WebSphere Server). The focus is on software to support the operation of stores. Oversee the design, development, testing, change control and deployment for The Reject Shop Store System.Achievements:- Successfully integrating store system with internal and external business systems (SAP ERP, Human Resource Management, Warehouse Management System).- Developed and production support for ROS (Retail Operating Support), a task based store management and communication.- Developed PDA based Software to enable store to perform day to day store operation (replenishment, stock management, stocktake, store Ticket management)

Established and cultivate relationship with Sensis’ Ad Production team to identify functional and non-functional requirements, produce specification, design and implementation especially for Quickset type advertisement. Perform peer programming, code inspection for quality purpose and organize change management to fulfil Sensis’ ITIL requirements.

Architect the integration backbone and concept and Data schemas, Integration process, data encryption, data compression and transport protocol. Provide training and mentor for outsourced personnel based on Ipoh, Malaysia.

Providing assistance for Lecturers and PhD candidates by helping proof of concept and prototyping for technical journal and papers with focus on Data and System Integration

Assisting software architect in software development, documentation, process improvement and production support.
