Stores supervisor controlling the flow of parts and supervising four inspectors while managing parts for Part 145/21G operations. Working closely together we check all the parts and paperwork that come into the facility to ensure they align with current regulations and our own procedures We also control the parts that are fabricated in house while they move from prototype to certified parts. We control the tooling within the hangar and any of the specialist tooling that we loan/receive from other company’s. I work with clients and regulatory bodies through internal and external audits to maintain a high standard of workflow while adhering to the regulations.
