Coordinated the design and development of Carbon Glance product, providing strategic insights and guidance. Member of the Glasgow Intelligent Computing Laboratory (gicLAB). Collaborating with other researchers in order to explore concepts related to differential testing of Deep Neural Networks, in relation to computational aspects (e.g., GPU deployment).

Employed as a full-stack Software Engineer (focus on back-end development).Member of the brand design development team.Work Highlights:∙ AMP integration: Implemented a framework to create hybrid, valid AMP pages for our Marketing Site, considering cases of Sass-to-(inline) CSS integration, optimizations and refinements while minimizing integration effort and hiding complexity from the development process.∙ Testing Suite: Implemented the testing mechanism for the brand design assets of the company. The mechanism includes the setup and automation unit, integration and e2e tests, enabling code generation, automatic execution as part of the code life cycle and effective reporting. The system also allows CI/CD utilization.∙ Search Integration: Implemented from scratch a comprehensive component responsible for the integration with a third-party search service and the display of real-time results, considering term error-proneness, automatic update of index entries and proper data manipulation.∙ Internationalization: Worked towards preparing the i18n integration of resources across different services and systems.∙ Brand Design Assets Redesign: Involved to a considerable extent at the latest redesign and implementation of workable.com and resources.workable.com. Responsible for the implementation of various components, such as a promotion mechanism providing extended configuration capabilities, content filtering mechanisms and more.∙ Analytics Integration: Refined the analytics integration mechanism numerous services of the company.∙ Cookie Consent: Integrated the cookie consent mechanism for numerous important company services.It is also worth noting that my work duties involved extensive communication and collaboration with professionals from different departments and teams, with diverse skills and backgrounds, as well as commonly taking ownership and leading the projects I worked on.

Served as instructor to future software development professionals of ages 20 - 50 mainly, coming from different professional backgrounds at PeopleCert Education Coding Bootcamp.∙ Responsibilities included teaching, instructional material design and updates, assignments instruction, coordination and grading, examinations supervision and more.∙ Participated in multiple bootcamp iterations.I am happy that a considerable percentage of my students were employed to renown corporations (official numbers show that bootcamp students' employability reaches 95%).

Employed at the CMT industry, in one of the largest providers in Greece.∙ Worked on the area of systems integration and procedures pipelining, using well-known Oracle technologies.∙ Contributed on process automation solutions that effectively increased the productivity of my team, utilizing automatic code generation and resources verification.

Actively contributed on the development of two Content Management Systems, using .NET technologies (C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Razor), SQL and Angular 2.

As a Software Engineer of the Human-Computer Interaction Laboratory, my area of specialization was research and development on state-of-the-art commercial educational systems, but also IOT-enabled Smart Environments, with a focus on their programmability and testing.∙ Designed and Implemented a database infrastructure for a smart educational suite.∙ Created an edutainment system aiming the teaching of monetary transactions.∙ Designed, implemented and evaluated a testing suite for a Smart Environments programmability and orchestration system.It is worth noting that, my work lead into the production of both commercial and research systems, but also a number of publications, including the Best Paper Award of "AmITest: A Testing Framework for Ambient Intelligence Learning Applications" in eLmL 2016 conference.Technologies used: C#, MEAN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, NodeJS), Entity Framework, WPF, OpenAPI Swagger Specification, Mocha, Chai, HandlebarsJS, CodeMirror, Tern Code Autocompletion Engine.

Implemented User Interface and Transceiver Locating system components for an emergency communications system. Technologies used: Java, Swing API.
