I received Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder at 2016. I have rich experiences in multi sensors (mono, stereo, LiDAR, radar) perception system, including calibration, visual-inertial navigation, scalable mapping and localization, multi-object detection and tracking systems.Since 2016, I am leading an awesome R&D team to develop the next generation autonomy products for automotive. I have rich experience in managing multi-scale R&D cross function team, including embedded system, perception, planning, control, machine learning, functional safety, cyber security, test, sensor and optics, hardware and mechanical. I am familiar with development and simulation, verification and validation techniques and development process (i.e. A-SPICE, EE/ME SPICE). I also have experiences in designing complex robotics systems (product).
