Greetings, cocktail fans! My name is Mitchell Lum (or you can call me Kai), the creator of Cocktail Critters. When I started this company, I set out to show you - from first-time clubbers to experienced pub staff - why the bar industry is so riveting. Working for a prominent spirits company as an ambassador over the years has awakened a creative side in me, and with my unique designs, you’ll be able to express yourself like never before.Out of our assorted products, our main draw are our enamel pins, which combine adorable animals and classic cocktails, spirits, or other beverages. Each design comes from original artwork that’s later digitized and hand-crafted, from pencil and paper to your outfit or bag. Cocktail Critters is a small company but growing into the beast of a business as time goes on. • Opened and managed Hooters Asia, Bangkok Soi 15.• Coordinated with Hooters of America on standards of operations and brand policies.• Ensured all aspects of restaurant service were well maintained and functional.• Drove recruitment fairs for new candidates in Bangkok and Pattaya.

• Lead a team of 5 restaurant managers and 35 staff across 5 outlets.• Regulated all hygiene SOPs and ensured compliance through internal and external audits.• Developed with marketing, advertisements, promotions, menu design, and social media.• Hosted regular 250+ attendee events.• Responsible for opening of The Drunken Leprechaun Irish Pub.

• Opened "Champions Sports Bar" as a beverage consultant in association with DoubleTree Hilton, Surin Beach in ownership by Destination Resorts.• Trained and managed staff to adhere to company standards and provide a classic "Americana" experience in Thailand.

• Short term contract as consultant in Patong Beach to revise the bar in conjunction with the hotel's target market.• Trained staff in product knowledge, drink making, bar maintenance, and up-selling.• Analyzed product costs, sales reports and recipes to improve and maximize revenue.• Innovated and curated new cocktail menu for unique guest experiences.• Created and collaborates weekly/monthly promotions and designs posters for all venues.
