I am currently training to IWM's standards of digital photographic QA, flatbed scanning of photographic negatives and 2D negative capture, working with the following programmes; Adobe Photoshop and Bridge, as well as Capture One and Silverfast 9

My main responsibilities were the careful and safe movement and storage of museum objects, packing them safely for transport to other museums, reconciling objects current locations and working on the museums database system Axiell to ensure that those object records were kept accurate and up to date.I have built my skills in utilising Microsoft Teams and Zoom to collaborate with other team members and museum departments and share updates on work being carried out. I'm also skilled at using the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Word, Excell and Microsoft Outlook to send emails whilst adhering to company policies regarding electronic communications

I volunteered with the chaplaincy during my first and second years on my degree where I helped to organise and run the weekly craft club and as a member of the chaplaincy team on trips and chaplaincy events, such as open days and tea and coffee mornings for students and members of the public, throughout the years that I volunteered

I volunteered for the summer before emy degree at the Strangeways Laboratory in Cambridge, where I helped the team to indentify cancerous cells by preparing and analysing slides on a specialised computer programme

I spent the summer before I started my A levels as a trainee groundsman, keeping the grounds organised and well maintained, as well as helping out at public events

I volunteered as part of the voluntary section of my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award
