I worked as the product owner/solution architect of the Behavioral Data Platform (Google Analytics 360) across all brands and markets (180 sites and 8 apps). Responsible for the team that manages all areas of the design and implementation of the data platform. Constantly analysing the data and reporting needs to be able to optimise the data model for the business. Building analysis and insights for all departments in the business. I worked as a mediator between the business and the tech teams. Translating business need into technical solutions and ensuring that the business needs were being implemented as expected. Project managing new technical features within marketing/it (e.g. Messenger chatbots, automated advanced segmentation for SEM, etc. ).I was advising on how to utilise the data potential concerning site features and marketing activities. I have been working closely with all company areas, from IT and commercial to marketing and legal, and constantly monitored numbers to understand if something breaks.

As a side project, I ran a web design and web-developing company that focuses on delivering high-quality website communication solutions to small businesses that cannot afford similar services from larger web-design/-communication companies. My tasks were business development, project management, and helping clients understand and define what they wanted and make sure the final project ended up as expected.
