At Cốc Cốc, I managed a team of 6 UI/UX Designers and 1 UX Writer. Our job is to collaborate with members of the whole product department to create & improve experience of Cốc Cốc’s vast lines of product including: - Cốc Cốc Mobile Browsers: on Android, iOS phones and tablets- Cốc Cốc TV Browser: on Android TV- Search Engine: Cốc Cốc Search- Other products: Cốc Cốc AI Chat, Cốc Cốc Web3 Wallet, Cốc Cốc Quizz, Cốc Cốc Map, Cốc Cốc Music, Cốc Cốc News, Cốc Cốc Points, MuaReNhat, just to name a few.My management workload, which takes about 40% of the time, is to manage members’ progress, performance and outputs; ensuring their visual, writing and interaction design quality; coaching, training and mentoring members to accelerate their growth through weekly knowledge sessions and monthly 1-on-1 meetings. My own technical workload takes the other 60% - in which I build design systems; brainstorm, create, iterate & improve designs based on user research, usability testing, user feedback and user-tracked data.

My official role was to lead the UI/UX team of 3 people to design in-house for the company and outsource as well. I also co-managed 3 other graphics designers with the design manager. Our design outputs included websites, webapps and mobile apps, such as: financing app (Mony), marketing webapp (CyberTargeting), leasing platform (Accio).

My role in the company initially was a UI/UX Designer, but as new projects were born, I was also assigned as the project manager for 2 projects: ZolaPay and Single to Mingle. It was a new experience for me and it helped me understand a lot more about Agile, Scrum and project management and product development in general.
