•Ensure the food safety guidelines throughout the production line by ensuring PRPs and Personal Hygiene.•Design the Process flow charts and Premises Layouts to develop Haccp Plan.•Managing the CCP to ensure that critical limits are consistently controlling the food safety hazards.•To maintain the Machinery maintenance program (corrective & preventive) and their implementation as per BRCGS and FSSC.•Implementation of the CIP & COP program across the production line as per guidelines.•Conduct Internal Audit and performed plant inspection quarterly. •Controlled all data related to food safety internal and external Audits.•Review HACCP plans and monitored implementation to verify that they are functioning according to plan.
