(Funded by the California Workforce Development Board)• Chairing labor market working group of Santa Clara County COVID-19 Workforce Development Task Force. (Funded by County of Santa Clara, convened by Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County)• Expanding TechLadder initiative creating high-skill education and career pathways for low-income young adults. (Funded by Google.org)• Co-leading Tech Talent Exchange, a Boston-based career advancement initiative connecting diverse talent to tech opportunities. (Funded by The Boston Foundation)• Creating knowledge transfer curriculum for Vehicle to Grid Integration pilot preparing Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority for an all-electric bus fleet. (Funded by California Energy Commission)• Co-leading Opening Doors Bay Area, an initiative convening employers, workforce agencies, educational institutions and community-based organizations to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. • Representing NOVA on U.
