Provided technical expertise and support to all test related topics of released equipment and test operation in day to day.3. Analysed the failure at testing process, perform test steps verification via bench test according to test specification to figure out the root cause and provide solution to fix the issue.4. Coordinated with R&D in US, Singapore or supported team in China and US for resolving the issue.5. Built new test station/ fixture base on test requirement and instruction from R&D or transferred sites. 6. Take over new test program, equipment, procedures from R&D or another site (factory in US or China).7. Created, debugged, fine-tuned, managed test program.8.  Created, managed MOI, work instruction, procedure.9. Designed test jig / fixture for new product with meeting testing requirement.10. Reviewed production plan and order tool, fixture for support production testing.11. Supported and provided test operator training and qualification at test process.12. Coordinated Kaizen activities on test process higher efficiencies and meet safety requirement.13. Installation qualification, operation qualification, performance qualification for new test system (NH Research ATS, Chroma ATS, EEC Electrical Safety Compliance Analyzer, …)14. Developed and sustained maintenance plans, executed preventive maintenance and repair for test equipment.15. Coordinated the purchasing to buy new equipment, spare part consumable.16. Assurance of spare parts and replacement to test system.17. Identified external supplier and coordinated with them for repairing and preventive maintenance activities.18. Setup KPI for testing team.19. Recruited the new test Engineer and Technician.
