My Goal- Use well-trained skills, and experiences to become an expert in my role, then build business goals. Honestly, I believe that my enthusiasm at work and multiple Digital platform understanding will value the organization- Find a suitable team and professional environment that brings me knowledge, happiness, and positive experiences.2. My Education & Experiences- I graduated from Vietnam Aviation Academy in 2020 with a major in Air Traffic Management.- To equip myself with a complete skill set, I have used 16 hours weekly on Coursera and some education platforms to learn about Project Management, Digital Marketing, and e-commerce for two years- I had tried to broaden my horizon in another industry during Covid-as a Campaign Operation Executive and then decided to change my career path to Online Marketing in 2020- In Oct 2022 I was invited to be a Senior Online Marketing Coordinator. I was promoted to Performance Marketing Project Leader at Orgalife with the main SoW being Paid Ads Management and Sales D2C. The 6 months project ended when the team was fully set up and operating continually up to now while I chose to cooperate with Ricoh in the B2B market by selling Thermal printing solutions to Customers in Vietnam and APAC- Now I am still spending time on a deep dive into Digital Marketing and leveraging my skills via a lot of courses on Coursera.
