When I was working half a year at Greenhouse I joined the just founded CRO department. After two years of pioneering with data and psychology we won our very first award (of many to come) together with Miljoenenspel. In the following years the focus expanded and became more data driven by using funnel dropout analysis, click/scroll heatmaps, online surveys, abandoned shopping cart programs, usability research and neuro marketing. And together with T-Mobile (e.g.) we started presenting our cases at events like the Emerce Conversion and Data Driven Commerce. Not long after, we began to explore different area's of AI, such as multi armed bandit algorithms, predictive eye tracking and chatbot optimization. Ultimately, validating what personalised experiences benefit both people and brands is what got me fascinated during the last two years.In these nine years I was involved in hundreds of A/B/n-tests with the aim of driving sales and online customer service.
