- Develop and deploy new products/services on Account Services based on market demand analysis and customer demand analysis;- In charge of creating marketing campaigns for scheduled products and services;- Provide training and sales support (tools, materials, documents,...);- Coordinate with other departments and divisions to participate in projects to build processes, regulations, and test new features on the system related to account service operations for general projects of the bank.

- Operate credit operations for corporate customers.

Specialist at Effective Management Department at Business Banking Division in Head Office:- Compile and make weekly and monthly reports for the department and division;- Deploy and organise training courses for sales force;- Participate in projects to develop the bank's sale force capacities.
