Greetings and welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I am a passionate and dedicated postdoctoral researcher with a focus on translational cancer immunology. My current research centers on developing a translational therapeutic platform for the treatment of ovarian cancer through adoptive T-cell therapy. Collaborating closely with clinicians, we collect patient samples to support our investigations. Our established tumor and fallopian tube organoid models serve as robust functional assays. My current efforts involve a comprehensive analysis of tumor-specific T cells in ovarian cancer, employing bioinformatics analysis techniques, including WGS, bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and TCR-seq data. The aim is to characterize tumor-specific T cells and identify neoantigens.In my previous doctoral work, I specialized in designing, evaluating, and implementing targeted, responsive, and controlled release drug delivery systems for various diseases such as prostate cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, Rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and Parkinson's disease. My diverse research background has cultivated a strong foundation in bioinformatics, drug delivery, immunology, cancer biology, and pharmaceuticals, providing me with a comprehensive knowledge base.I am a quick and fearless learner, adept at delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. As an author or co-author, I have contributed to over 15 peer-reviewed articles.
