- Joined SONAS Aviation in November 2018 as Operations Manager, taking responsibility for establishing new systems and IT infrastructure. Actively contributed to the creation of the Operations manuals required for the new AOC.- Developed the Company’s Ground Operations manuals and was approved by Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) as Nominated Person for Ground Operations in March 2021. - Prospected for Corporate and HNWI clients through cold calling and direct sales, while maintaining client records in the CRM system.- Coordinated flight requirements with clients and brokers after receiving flight requests.- Advised clients on practical flight issues, leveraging my previous Flight Operations experience.

- Responsible for the management and execution of high value airline training contracts with major airlines across Africa, Europe and Russia.- Supported Sales teams with new customers' entry into service training, planning training in accordance with the airlines’ regulatory requirements, while driving sales of courses and simulator time after the airline’s entitlement had expired.- Participated in meetings with major international airlines, representing Boeing in front of major airlines and regulatory authorities in Africa and Asia.- Transitioned major airlines from entitlement training to long-term contracts with Boeing.- Prepared training contracts for customers, alongside the legal team in Seattle.- Addressed any issues affecting airlines' training needs promptly and efficiently, coordinating closely with colleagues in Seattle, Dubai and Singapore.

- Coordinated private jet, commercial and freight flights with various operators around the world.- Independently brokered private jet flights outside of business hours, organising flights for a diverse clientele, including top executives, businesses, government, and military organisations.- Gained valuable direct sales experience and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
