Built strategy for electronic equalizers for XFP applications.o Initiated and led Altra’s participation in XFP small form factor plugable optical module MSA. Guided efforts to produce circuit trace, via structures, and signal integrity design for XFI 10Gb/s serial interface.o Led business discussions and VC funding efforts.

Held senior engineering positions in the Engineering Division of Hughes Aircraft Company, Radar Systems Group (now Raytheon). o Responsible for hardware development of advanced active phased array radar antennas, associated microwave subsystems, and near-field antenna measurements for array calibration.o Contributions in research, design, and development ultimately resulted in a multi-year, multi-billion dollar radar antenna upgrade contract for F-18 fighter aircraft.o U.S. DoD Secret and SBI Security Clearance.
