I conducted my research on protein engineering and molecular biology under guidance of Dr. Sheldon Park.1/ Degradation of Intracellular Protein with PROTAC modality:-Modify, purified and characterized proteins like nanobody and cell penetrating peptides with Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC), SDS-PAGE Gel.-Conjugated the nanobody to PROTAC to target degradation of intracellular protein, verifying the conjugation with Mass Spectrometry.-Quantified GFP level in HEK 293T-GFP positive cells in the presence of PROTAC and cell penetrating peptides through Flow Cytometry and Fluorescent Microscopy.2/ Enhanced Glycan-Proteins Affinity via Self-Assembling Nanoparticles-Examined and verified leucine zipper coiled coil interactions between two protein of interest using Size Exclusion Chromatography(SEC) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS).-Conducted experimenter for detection of sialyltransferase and its mutants on cell glycans, ensuring quality control for Nanoparticle to prevent degradation or aggregation.3/Maintained and Sorted HEK 293T-GFP positive cells-Managed HEK 293T and Ramos cells, handling tasks such as cryopreservation, cell counting, transfection, viability staining, nuclear staining).-Bulk sorted and single sorted HEK 293T-GFP positive cells.

-Followed PPE to formulate 3-4 complex cell culture media ranging from 500 liters to 10,000 liters per day-Ensured quality with osmolarity, pH meter and conductivity with following written SOPs.-Reported daily batch record on LIMS, and collaborated with other departments to optimize workflow and minimized downtime
