Duties consists of scheduling medical appointments and transporting client to various appointments.Ensuring the safety and daily care of client (assist client with meal planning, cooking, cleaning and other dailychores) Assist client with daily hygiene regiment and maintenance of household cleanliness Maintain client's daily financial logs, assist with budgeting skills and responsible for assisting with money payments for client's various bills Responsible for creating and maintaining daily recreational and activity client logs Administer client medications and maintain MAR (medication administration record) logs concerning any medical concerns and/or medication alterations Responsible for educating client and emulating social skills in the community at large.

Pulmonary/Cardiology Always interact and engage with a positive attitude with KP members, staff and visitors.Roomed patient's upon check in with assigned doctor for medical examination.Performed assigned clinical tasks and procedures using sterile techniques.Kept exam and procedure rooms stocked at all times inspecting all emergency medical equipment, diagnostic testing equipment and assuring that all other medical and surgical equipment were properly cleaned. Notified Physician/Nurse immediately of any patient that appeared to be in distress.Assist with patient inquiries for prescription refills, appointment scheduling and referral authorizations as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Promoted patient wellness by always checking their proactive care and providing educational materials and making sure the patient understands the physician's advice and instructions.
