I have Masters of Social Work (Macro-level) and Gerontology degree from USC. I graduated from National University with a Masters of Business Administration and a specialization in international business. I have 8+ years in customer service. I worked for five years as a social worker at Valley Village, a non-profit adult day health center for adults with developmental disabilities. Through this profession, I have learned the core values and ethics that contribute to being a proficient social worker. I developed patience in working with different personalities. I have also learned that many social service agencies today require that managers need a combination of financial and business expertise with social work practice and policy formation. My MBA assisted me my supervisor role at Valley Village. My MBA taught me the administrative sciences, with strengths in management decision-making and leadership.
