* Designed an automated scheduling program based on the mathematical model of Linear Programming for patients admitted to the IRU to decrease scheduling time for therapists by 75% daily. Increased available patient treatment time by an additional 3 hours daily that allows for additional billable therapy hours for the hospital.* Successfully redesigned the Operating Room turn-around process (time between consecutive surgeries in the same room). Once the process redesign and root causes were addressed, the new time between surgeries resulted in a 58% time reduction.

* Collected data at the Miami International Airport by observing all international flights to Cuba, Caribbean, and Latin America. Monitored and tracked the number of bags and personal items taken by each traveler. These observations allowed the team to determine how much space capacity was being used by the passengers of each airplane.
