As a medical transcriptionist, I am required to record physician interactions with patients and to organize medical charts. It is my responsibility to keep each patient chart updated in a timely manner and to file them appropriately. I maintain a professional attitude with multiple members of various medical teams, including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and other medical transcriptionists.
