As the Vice President of Decarbonization Product Development for ExxonMobil’s Low Carbon Solutions business, I am primarily focused on integrating technology, policy, markets and commercial expertise to develop the products that will enable the energy transition.  I joined ExxonMobil almost 30 years ago as a construction engineer, providing a technical foundation to what has become a mostly commercial career. My positions across ExxonMobil have taken me all over the world on business and joint venture development, complex negotiations, supply chain and midstream logistics, acquisitions and divestments, and mega project execution. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to leverage my global experience, networks, and commercial expertise to develop creative commercial structures and negotiations strategies for some of the industry and ExxonMobil’s most complex issues. I have led many regional and global teams and enjoy playing an active role in developing the next generation of business leaders. I’m invested in communities and serve on several women’s leadership teams across ExxonMobil and the industry. I’m passionate about connecting people, experiences, and perspectives to progress my personal goals of innovation and inclusion. I’m also very proud to be a member of the Dean’s Council at Texas Tech University.I have three children, who keep me very busy and, in my spare time, I enjoy running with my Ragnar team and volunteering with my family in our local community.
