Current● Oversee the program management for performance, leadership development, and succession planning for 6,000 management associates globally. ● Successfully pivoted from on-site learning programs to virtual programs in 2022-23 introducing new engagement initiatives. ● Collaborate with senior executives to identify organizational needs and define leadership development strategies. ● Ensure that organizational development budget dollars are maximized efficiently. ● Design and implement e-learning systems, workflows, and solutions. ● Calibration and succession planning advisor to senior executives in developing successors for key positions. ● Lead the administration of the learning development cycle to ensure program alignment with organizational strategy and industry trends. ● Direct cross-functional teams assigned to initiatives addressing talent, succession, diversity, and development. ● Communicate with senior leaders and prepare related briefings and presentations.
