Currently based in Melbourne, I have worked nationally and internationally for commercial, Government and Not-For-Profit entities across industries including construction, health, sport, financial services, major events, and media. Brand development and implementation, brand asset management, marketing and project management are my core strengths and I've developed and delivered national marketing campaigns; undertaken corporate brand audits to reposition brands through refresh and rebrand strategies; and led large-scale brand implementation projects. Responsibilities have included strategic marketing and communication planning and project management; overseeing creative design, production and application; coordination and management of internal and external stakeholders; financial forecasting and budget control; project tracking, analysis, risk management and report generation. I have also recently added change management expertise to my skill set to further support clients with transformation and transition projects.I have a sound understanding of project strategy development from concept through to activation, evaluation and continued learning cycles, and am adept at delivering large complex multi-channel projects in challenging environments. I can remain focussed on the broader strategy while also paying attention to the detail while engaging cross-functional teams. In addition (and often in parallel), I have operated a freelance commercial and portrait photography business in the Middle East that I developed from start-up through to a thriving business with clients including high-end luxury local and international brands. I also introduced photography and post-production training courses to expand the business.I am a resourceful self-starter who enjoys a challenge and implementing workable solutions.EXPERTISE- Change Analysis & Management- Brand Strategy, Management and Compliance- End-to-End Marketing and Communications Campaign Management- Brand Implementation- Public Relations and Media- Stakeholder Management- Contract Management- Project Management- Budget and Resource Planning- Training Development and Delivery- Photography and Post-production
