- One of the first members of the Outlook Accelerator team whose focus is to work on innovative and ambitious “10x” projects.- Led the public preview release of Project Moca, now board view in calendar. Delivered on time by working closely with other engineers, compliance team, accessibility team, flighting team, marketing team, and support team to keep everyone aligned. Work included writing a tech community article.- Led the integration of Sticky Notes in Project Moca. Partnered closely with the OneNote team to alter their APIs to ensure a seamless integration.

- Tech led crews that built reimagined features for the OWA rewrite in React including Inbox rules and mail list personalization. Worked closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high quality and delightful experiences.- Pioneered a new type of virtualized list view in the mail list component, significantly reducing app memory errors and core metrics like time to delete while keeping engineering costs to a minimum.- Worked closely with the architect of our dataflow framework, SatchelJS, to establish design patterns for better and consistent coding practices across OWA.- Shared learnings through multiple talks and guides such as how to improve web app performance and how to query data to better understand users.- Member of the planning committee for our organization’s triannual hackathon, Fix Hack Learn. Due to its success, worked with the greater organization’s leadership to expand FHL to >25,000 employees across 3 continents.

- Member of the “OWA React” team that rewrote OWA in a modern tech stack including React and Typescript. Built core mail features that are used by millions of users every day.- Established best practices for modern CSS technologies including SASS and Flexbox. Gave talks and wrote guides to drive adoption across OWA.- Designed and built a prototype to move the search box into the header of OWA. Convinced key stakeholders to ship which greatly increased search usage in OWA. Shortly after, all other Office apps followed suit.
