In addition to these roles, I served as the 3/4 Summer School Teacher and led afternoon STEM clubs for 1-8 grades. 1. 94% program daily attendance rate in 2019 and 85% in 2018 were the two highest attendance rates in program history.2. Implemented all-staff communication hub that was identified as themain reason for 100% post-program staff satisfaction rating.3. Created culturally-relevant parent-satisfaction survey and analysisguide for the program; eventually adopted by the school district forthe entire school year.
