I’m Lyn, a Marketing Professional who transitioned into my life's work as an Executive & Leadership Coach, and ADHD Career Coach.My diverse background encompasses experience in Marketing, having held roles in market research and digital marketing. I also worked in Communications within the development sector, actively engaged in Community Engagement in the fintech space, and briefly explored the world of content creation as a YouTuber. With a versatile skill set honed in corporate, development and start-up environments, my expertise includes account management, digital marketing, research, tech community management, employer branding and, most recently, Professional Coaching.I am also an ADHDer, which has been a defining aspect of my career journey. The day of my diagnosis was a moment of immense relief: after so many years, I finally understood why I just worked differently. Armed with this new awareness, I dove into learning and understanding myself better.The more I discovered about my ADHD, the more I realised how much my work-life was misaligned with my true self. Thankfully, I stumbled on a great career counsellor and signed up for what became a self-discovery process that changed the trajectory of my life. My journey with them led me to the career path of Coaching, where I encountered the most profound, self-aware and empowered people I’d ever met – I found my tribe! I now understand and appreciate the transformative power of unlocking one's career path, even while navigating the complexities of personal and professional challenges. So, I’m actively pursuing Professional Coach training and certification, and honing my coaching skills in empowering individuals to enhance mindfulness, well-being and confidence in themselves and their work.Now, I know with confidence that my life’s work surrounds using my depth of heart, contagious enthusiasm and love for people to inspire and uplift others, guiding them to embrace their authentic, free and best selves, living at their highest potential.I derive deep satisfaction from guiding people through uncertainty and overwhelm to a newfound sense of clarity, boldness, motivation and purpose.
