I managed a thriving AAHA practice for 17 years, that was regularly featured in the nationwide publication 'Benchmarks of well managed practices'. Started managing a second practice 5 years ago - bringing it in line with the industry standard, it's a process, but we got there. There's always more to learn though!After the practices were sold, I'm back to managing a single hospital again. (not going to lie, it's a nice change of pace)We have a great culture being built here. I never wake up thinking I don't want to go work today. Plus- the patients that come through our doors bring so much joy.
